IN MEMORIAM OF VLADIMIR KUPRIYANOV

It is with great sorrow that we report the passing of Vladimir Kupriyanov. He died on Monday December 26, 2011. Natasha Akhmerova and the Barbarian Art Gallery team mourn the passing of Vladimir Kupriyanov, a great artist, a prominent master of conceptual photography, one of the pioneers of the independent art scene of the 1990s. We send our deepest sympathies to his family.
